I was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation from the Ministry of Health and Prevention in the United Arab Emirates in recognition of my active participation in the “Customer Councils for Development and Improvement” initiative. This initiative aims to enhance and develop the services provided by the ministry to the public. The certificate acknowledges my contributions to supporting the “Patient Happiness Center,” which focuses on improving the experience of patients and service recipients by providing valuable suggestions and ideas to increase the efficiency and quality of healthcare services. This experience underscored the importance of collaboration between government entities and the community to achieve shared goals that serve the public interest and contribute to the continuous improvement of the healthcare sector in the UAE.
